Pricelist valid from 1 January 2024

Price for the apartment is 72 EUR/per night (without breakfast). This price applies to two persons, every additional person is for 20 EUR/per night. The appartament can accommodate max 5 persons.

General pricelist information

Local fee 41 cent/per night/per person is not included in the price.

You can bring your pet (dog or cat) for additional fee 16 EUR/per night.

Parking is free of charge.

Payment for accommodation can be made only by transfer to a bank account no. 3051031003/0800 (IBAN CZ24 0800 0000 0030 5103 1003).

Credit card payment is not possible. You can pay also in EUR, in which case the exchange rate is determined according to the current exchange rate (CZK/EUR) of the Czech National Bank.

In case of cancellation by the guest less than 14 days before the day of arrival, cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the accommodation price will be charged. In case of cancellation by the guest less than two months and more than 14 days before the day of arrival, cancellation fee in the amount of50% of the accommodation price will be charged. Pension Osika reserves the right to individually resolve cancellation cases.

Prices may differ in the case of bank holidays or other significant days, such as New Year's Eve.

Accommodation Rules

Dear guests,
Welcome to our family-style pension. For your quiet and undisturbed stay, we would like to ask you to comply with these Accommodation Rules, which apply to temporary accommodation for our guests

Arrival and departure

1. The pension is accessible by car. It is possible to park at a designated place in front of the windows in the front part of the pension.
2. Check-in takes place from 2 pm to midnight.
3. 3. The entrance to the pension is secured by an electric lock. Entry: 1. Enter the code 2. Press the YALE button (located down) 3. Wait a moment 4. Turn the handle and open the door. Exit: 1. Close the door 2. Press the YALE button
4. The accommodated guest is obliged to vacate the apartment by 11 am on the last day of accommodation. If the guest does not vacate the apartment on time (or without exception based on prior agreement with the authorized employee), the pension reserves the right to charge the guest the accommodation price for the next day. The pension also reserves the right to vacate the guest's belongings in an authorized employee's presence and store them accordingly to make the apartment available for further reservations.

Rights and obligations of guests

5. The accommodated guest pays the agreed price for the accommodation according to the valid pricelist available on the website www.penzionosika.cz. Payment for accommodation is only possible by transfer to the bank account, which will be stated on the invoice for accommodation; the invoice is issued after order confirmation. Credit card payment is not possible. It is also possible to pay in EUR, which is converted at the current exchange rate according to the Czech National Bank.
6. Pets (dogs or cats) can be brought to the pension only by prior agreement and an additional fee according to the valid pricelist.
7. In case of cancellation by the guest less than 14 days before the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the accommodation price will be charged. In case of cancellation by the guest less than two months and more than 14 days before the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the accommodation price will be charged. The pension reserves the right to assess the cancellation cases individually.
8. If the guest does not start the accommodation within the agreed period, the pension reserves the right to charge compensation for the original reservation in the amount of the accommodation price. The pension reserves the right to cancel the guest's reservation without the right to any compensation.
9. The accommodated guest shall not allow overnight stays to persons who are not checked in and have not paid the accommodation fee.
10. The use of the pension and the apartment is allowed only to persons who are not affected by infectious diseases.
11. Regular cleaning of the pension, including the apartment, is carried out after the last guest's departure and before the arrival of a new guest. In case of a more extended stay, cleaning is done once a week or at the guest's request. Bed linen and towels are changed before the guest arrives, in case they are heavily soiled, according to the guest's request.
12. It is forbidden to move equipment and furniture, make repairs, and any interventions in the electrical network or other installations in all areas of the pension and the apartment. The equipment in the pension can be used only for its intended purposes. The guest is liable for damage caused intentionally or negligently. If the equipment is purposely damaged or the premises are soiled to such an extent that they cannot be re-rented after cleaning, the guest pays not only the cost of removing the damage but also the full fee for these days as compensation for lost profits.

13. Before using the kitchen, it is always necessary to turn on the hood first for fire safety reasons and fire alarms. It is not allowed to cut food directly on the kitchen table; it is always necessary to use a kitchen board

14. It is not allowed to use electrical appliances in the pension. This provision does not apply to personal computers (laptops) and electrical devices used for the guest's hygiene (razors, hairdryers, etc.).
15. Smoking is prohibited in the interior of the pension (cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, etc.). A designated smoking area is in front of the pension.
16. The apartment is handed over to the guest without any defects. If the guest finds any defect or malfunction during the stay, he must immediately report this situation to the pension staff on the contact phone listed on the pension website.
17. For safety reasons, it is not possible to leave children or pets unattended in the apartment and other areas of the pension. The respective adult is fully responsible for any damage caused by the child or pet.
18. The accommodated guest is obliged to observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am.
19. Each guest is obliged to adequately secure their belongings so that they are not stolen or damaged in any way, including items stored in parked vehicles. A parking space does not constitute a secure car park, a garage, or any other establishment of a similar nature. It cannot be regarded as storage facilities within the meaning of the relevant legislation. The pension operator is not liable for any damage caused to the guest's means of transport or its accessories or things left in it.
20. The pension operator does not provide health or other insurance during the accommodation and is not responsible for the health of guests or any other persons.

Further rules and instructions

21. The pension is barrier-free. There is a free wifi internet connection in the whole pension (network name and password will be provided upon arrival). Boxes with IT equipment are placed in electric sockets in the apartment. It is not allowed to pull these devices out of the sockets; this would cause the IT technology and Wi-Fi to be disconnected.
22. Breakfast is provided based on prior arrangement by Pension Bobas (this service is provided only during season).
23. The pension has undergone an expensive renovation and is newly furbished by air conditioning and modern automated underfloor heating. Heating and air conditioning control is located behind the door to the kitchen and is fully automatic. Temperature regulation is possible with the up button (temperature increases) and down button (temperature decreases). No other manipulation is allowed. It is possible to use an electric ladder with a plug connection in the bathroom.
24. Fireplace stove in the bedroom is only for decoration purposes, it is prohibited to use it.

Consent to the processing of personal data

25. By staying at this pension, you consent to processing personal data by Penzion Osika, Albeř 132, 378 33 Nová Bystřice, info@penzionosika.cz, under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (GDPR) and other legislation.
26. The pension processes personal data regarding the name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, ID card or passport number, nationality, address of permanent residence, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, or payment card information; in the case of foreign nationals, also the visa number and the purpose of the stay (hereinafter referred to as "personal data"). The pension processes this personal data through its authorized staff to register guests or issue an invoice. The pension stores these data for five years.
27. The guest has the right to access, correct, or delete their data processed by the pension, or to limit the processing, and the right to object to the processing. The guest also has the right to obtain personal data concerning the guest and the data provided to the pension. Upon written request from the guest, the pension will provide information without undue delay. If the guest believes that his (her) data has been processed unauthorized, he (she) may file a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) for the territory of the Czech Republic

Final Provisions

28. The accommodated guest is obliged to comply with these Accommodation Rules and applicable legal regulations. In the event of a gross breach of these obligations, the pension operator has the right to terminate the guest's stay before the end of the agreed period of accommodation.
29. These accommodation rules are valid from 1.1.2024.
